- 1 package Spicy Jinka (about 1 cup)
- 1 avocado, cubed
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, cubed
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt
- 4 tortillas
- Lightly toast tortillas to warm through.
- Add 1/4 cup of Jinka to the tacos.
- Add shredded lettuce, avocados, tomatoes, and cheese.
- Add a dollop of greek yogurt on top and enjoy!
